About Vista United
Vista United is a multimedia start-up company dedicated to creating and distributing educational content across various media outlets. Vista United LLC was established on January 22, 2018 (Chaminade Day) by CEO Vittorio Anastasio, a thirty-three-year veteran educator, administrator, principal, president, counselor, and wrestling coach at a Marianist Catholic high school in San Francisco. Vista United is operating in stealth organization and production mode until June 2019. Currently, the primary focus of Vista United is based upon self-produced content and working with select collaborators and partners rather than offering services to outside individuals or companies. Founded in educational principles and active learning, Vista United is Anastasio’s labor of love and he is producing content to help others in various areas. His vision for Vista United is to match his past experience in teaching, leadership, innovation, collaboration, and implementation of technology with immediate public multimedia access. In addition to multimedia production, Vista United LLC is functioning as a parent company to other various business ventures and investment opportunities.
About Vittorio Anastasio: A Lifetime Educational Leader
Vittorio Anastasio spent the bulk of his career in leadership at Archbishop Riordan High School, a Catholic boys high school in San Francisco, where he continually focused on one goal: creating the best experience possible for each of his students. With that focus, he strove to implement and utilize the latest technology into his school’s curriculum and infrastructure by:
- Successfully restructuring academic departments by implementing innovative systems of operation and management designed to empower employees to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
- Engaging in a two-year National Science Foundation Grant Program through the University of San Francisco to implement technology into the school’s science labs.
- Implementing and managing the school’s first ever web-based scheduling and grading program and assisting in creating an all iPad school learning platform.
- Designing and implementing a makerspace, makers curriculum, and an elite four-year engineering program.
- Implementing an online college application management system, a web resource library, and database for college-bound students.
Educational Background
Vittorio’s undergraduate work focused mostly in science and kinesiology. He majored in pre-physical therapy, but also maintained a strong minor emphasis in business and industrial design. Studying business management was a natural inclination for Anastasio after growing up working in his family restaurant and family real estate company, where customer service skills and best business practices were learned first-hand. In graduate school, Anastasio earned a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on College Advising and Personnel Management. He also holds a valid California Secondary Teaching Credential and a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential.
Post Grad Technical Education
Vittorio Anastasio completed courses in podcast production and video production at the University of California at Berkeley’s School of Journalism. He has also attended production workshops at Facebook and Youtube, along with completed course work certifications in HTML, SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and management. He has participated in health courses through the University California of San Francisco Mini-Medical University program and is certified in Healthy Aging. Anastasio is also an active member and continuing student in the Techshop.Build makerspace in San Francisco.
Support Team and Collaborators
Vista United has assembled a support team of collaborators who are well established in various fields including branding, social media marketing, photography, videography, creative writing, journalism, web design, SEO, audio and video engineering, consulting, real estate, finance, and accounting.
Location
Vista United LLC is based in San Francisco and has offices and a recording studio located at 1693 Clay Street. Members of the support team are located in various parts of the United States and around the world.
